Smoothie in 10 Steps

1. Gather fruits, a liquid base, and whatever you'd like to add to your smoothie
2. Wash fruits and vegetables, peel and chop fruits into manageable pieces
3. Pour 1 to 1.5 cups of your chosen base into the blender
4. Add 1 to 2 cups of chopped fruits into the blender
5. If using, add 1/2 cup of yogurt, a tablespoon of honey, or a handful of spinach for added flavor and nutrition
6. If you like a thicker, frostier smoothie, add 1 cup of ice
7. Start the blender on a low speed to mix everything together
8. Increase speed gradually until mixture is consistent
9. Check taste and evenness until it is the desired consistency
10. Pour smoothie into a glass and enjoy it right away for best taste and texture
